Review – There is lots of good infrastructure nearby with the Aliante shopping center just across the SR 215. Walmart Super Store, Costco, Target, and Winco Foods are about 1 mile to the south. There is a tremendous amount of infrastructure about 5 miles to the west at Centennial Hills. One downside to this area, in general, is that if you want to go to the strip/airport area you have to go either by a lot of surface streets or go on the SR 215 either to the east or west, a few miles before you can proceed to the north on a freeway. If your business or anything else does not often take you into the more central areas, then there is almost every available service within a few miles.
