This newer Las Vegas area age restricted community started selling spring, 2018. It is in Pahurmp, which is roughly one hour west of the Las Vegas valley. Approximately 600 homes have been built. This is in the planned golf course community of Mountain Falls. Mountain Falls is the major planned community in the Pahrump area and has been building for a number of years. William Lyon is the builder of Ovation at Mountain Falls.
There are nine single story floor plans in all, with three series of homes. Onyx series range from 1,462 to 1,732 sq. ft. Jade series homes range from 1,982 to 2,152 sq. ft. The Topaz collection will be the largest with floor plans ranging from 2,337 to 2,484 sq. ft. Ovation is in in a separate gated area of Mountain Falls.
At the time of this writing, this community is almost sold out with only a few inventory homes left.
Ovation at Mountain Falls has typical amenities for an age restricted development of it’s size with recreation center and the usual expected goodies. Some of the homes will have frontage on the Mountain Falls golf course. Looked it over, nicely located in Mt. Falls. The models are very contemporary.
Pahrump will likely be the key for any prospective buyer. Some folks will like it, some will not. Infrastructure is fairly well developed a hospital and Wal-Mart. Lots of manufactured homes on acreage in Pahrump.
