This community located in the northeast part of the Las Vegas Valley, has  4 acres of amenities including large riding area, stables, 3,000 sq. ft. community center, RV storage, playground and basketball court. Approximately 1/3 of the lots are horse zoned. These homes were built between 1975 and 2021. The zoning, I believe, is two horses per lot. If horse zoned, you can keep your horses on your property or use the stables.  There are 129 homes in all in Sunridge Ranchos. Homes here probably average around 3,000 sq. ft.
