Southeast Las Vegas Real Estate
Paradise Crest SubdivisionSearch for homes for sale in the southeast
Above isĀ showcase of a few listings in this area.
By southeast I mean the near southeast, south and east from Flamingo and Maryland Parkway. The thrust of the initial residential building in Las Vegas was toward the south and east. Red Fox’s old home still stands on Eastern Ave. Wayne Newton’s estate is in the area. Living here is like living in central Las Vegas, but not quite. Here you find tract homes, condominiums, gated communities around golf courses, and custom homes on acreage. The University is here as is McCarren International Airport. The most complete infrastructure is here. If you live elsewhere you will most likely travel here to attend concerts or to see your doctor. Here you live in proximity to everything you would need. There are a few newer homes, with most constructed in the the 1970’s and 1980’s. The above development, Paradise Crest, is less than 10 minutes from the airport and strip.
