There are several Rock Springs condo developments in the Las Vegas area. They are all on the west side. They can be found as far north and Vegas Dr. and as far south as just south of Sahara. They are all west of Rainbow. All the developments have pools and spas. Some are gated, some have substantial common areas and some have RV parking. All were built between 1985 and 1998 by Randy Black who was probably the most prolific builder of condos in this area during that period. All the units are two bedroom and very in size between 912 and 1,192 sq. ft. None of the units have garages. Some have fireplaces.

The developer built the same floor plans, to a large extent, from development to development over the years. They were very successful floor plans at the time and still are.
