Robert Jones built these condominium communities in the Las Vegas and Henderson areas in the mid to late 1990’s. All are gated, with Red Hills and Resort Villas guard gated. All units have direct access garages. All have great common area amenities and beautiful landscaping. Condominiums range in size from just over 1,150 sq. ft to over 1,500 sq. ft. The quality of construction, common area amenities as well as the features included with each home set these developments apart, in my opinion, from much of what was built during that period of time in this area. Just to walk through some of these common areas is a delight.

All are alike in their upscale “resort” theme, but are also somewhat different from each other. Red Hills at Pueblo in in the Pueblo village of Summerlin with some units above and overlooking Pueblo Park. Ironwood is in the same area, but just outside the Summerlin boundary. It is also the smallest community with only 114 units. Resort Villas is located in the heart of Green Valley, in Henderson. Along with the condos, Resort Villas also includes 42 free standing homes ranging in size from 2,005 to 3,371 sq ft., most of which back to the Wildhorse golf course.

I have always liked these developments. They offer a true option to much of what is being built now as well as something beyond the “basic” condominium that has typically been offered inside the valley.

Bob Jones has also built Newport Cove, Santa Margarita, Island Park, Rock Creek Manor, Country Hills as well as The Sanctuary/Cimarron Springs in the Las Vegas area.
