This community features a 10 acre equestrian park. Additional amenities include horseshoes, bbq/picnic area, pet park and basketball court. There are 155 homes in all, but only 89 are part of the association that has access to the facilities. Some homes are zoned for horses and some not. Most of these homes were constructed between 1975 and 1990. Some were built at a later date. They range in size from size for around 1,66 sq. ft. to around 2,500 sq, ft.
