This 40 story, 599 unit hotel/condo complex offers 615 sq. ft. studios and 1,220 sq. ft. one-bedroom suites. Penthouse suites are located on the top four floors range in size from 2,038 sq. ft. to 6,230 sq. ft. It is located, along with the other two Palms Towers on W. Flamingo, approximately 2 1/2 miles from the Strip. Palms Place is connected to the Palms Hotel and Casino by an enclosed, elevated, moving walkway, allowing residents 24-hour access to amenities at the Palms.
Amenities include private gated entrance, covered valet parking, business center, Simon restaurant, private pool and cabanas, 24-hour doorman service, 24 hour gate security, 24 hour room service, 24 hr concierge service, two story conservatory and the Rojo Lounge. Palms Place residents also have access to all Palms Hotel amenities.
Units are fully furnished. Amenities include 9′ ceilings, hardwood and marble flooring and a minimum of two 2, 42″ plasma televisions. Many units have outside terraces.
It is a hotel/condo and as such can participate in the on-site rental program. This can be an attractive option for those individuals that spend considerable time in Las Vegas but do not want the expense or hassle of conventional condo ownership. This rental program at Palms Place is at your option. You can participate in it or not. If you do participate in the rental program there are no “black out” dates. This means that there will be no dates or time periods that you cannot use your unit.
As an aside, after dark when the lights are on this building looks great. The diagonal lighting is a real eye catcher. Much more impressive to me than either of the hotel towers and a great addition to the Las Vegas skyline. Other condo hotel options include Platinum, MGM Grand Residences Turnberry, Trump Tower, Vdara at City Center and possibly The Cosmopolitan.
