Hello again from Millie Fine. Summer is really here in Las Vegas and the real estate market is very active. All searches for properties on my web site now features a great deal more information.
This information includes market trends for the specific area of the home and school reports for that area. Also by clicking on “see more detail” you will see considerable additional information. This information will be focused on the particular zip code of the property of interest. For anyone wanting to dive in to the weeds, particularly in the way of demographics, the information is extensive.
For those of you using any of the national portals for property searches, particularly for specific communities, I do see the attraction. Zillow, Redfin, and Turuilla do provided an enormous amount of data. What they do not do, after researching extensively, is provide as accurate search results as the search protocol on my site. Compare any search of any specific community on any of these portals with the results from searches on my site. I think you will see the difference. Please let me know if you have some feedback.
