Mission Hills was built in two phases, at two close, but not adjacent locations. Both locations are gated. The first phase, off Carnegie, was built from 2001-2002. The second phase was built off Horizon Ridge in 2004. This was one of the last condo developments built prior to the market downturn of 2006. As such it is one of the newest conventional condo developments in the Henderson/Las Vegas area. It is north of the SR 215 and just west of Green Valley Ranch Parkway. It is recorded as Mission Ridge
Amenities include gated access, pools, spas, bbq. areas and exercise rooms.
At total of 704 units were built, both two and three bedroom. Sizes range from 1,042 to 1,224 sq. ft. Approximately 1/3 of these units have detached single-car garages. It is located close to MacDonald Ranch, shopping, Green Valley Ranch Station Casino, and the associated shopping at “The District”. It is also approximately 3/4 of a mile from the Henderson Multi-Generational Center with all its facilities, including its open-air concert area.
Mission Hills is one of my favorite condo developments in the Las Vegas area due to its age, ambiance, and location. It is also very convenient to the SR 215 and has quick access to the Airport, the Strip, and the rest of the Las Vegas Valley.
