It is in the north/central area of Summerlin, just south of the Summerlin Parkway and just east of Town Center Dr. Units of the south side of complex back to the Summerlin TPC golf course.

This is one of my favorite condo developments in the entire valley given the general location, quality of construction, attached garages and the possibility of units with great views of the TPC golf course and surrounding areas.
