. Originally two towers were projected. Only one was built and that is finished 427 units on 41 floors. There are a number of resales (see above link). Units range from 671 to 4,400 sq. ft with 15 floor plans in all. This is the tallest residential tower in Las Vegas. It is located two blocks west of the Strip on the north side of Sahara. Many units at Allure Las Vegas feature a balcony/terrace. Hilton Grand Vacations and Sky Las Vegas are part of this shift in development to the north end of the Strip. HOA fees run .40 to .50 per square foot.

The very first hotel on Las Vegas Blvd, El Rancho Vegas, was just across Sahara and one block east of this site. I like location which is north of most of the Strip hotels. This area is not quite as congested. Easy access off of Sahara to the I15 or shopping.
