The first Trump Tower is 64 floors and has 1,282 hotel-condominium units including 880 studio and 352 one-bedroom suites on the 16th through 59th floors and 50 deluxe one, two, and three-bedroom penthouse suites on the upper five floors. Homes sizes range in size from 550 square feet for a studio up to 3,000 square feet for three bedroom. The project is a condo hotel. Owners can elect to have their units rented out when not in use through the Hotel operations or an outside agency.
