This community is a village to itself in northwest Summerlin. It is built on 300 acres and will have 655 homes. 4 of the 6 neighborhoods are guard gated. Home sizes range from 2,397 to 4,815 sq. ft. It is in the far northwest part of Summerlin, west of the SR-215 and north of Lake Mead Blvd. It features a 9,500 sq. ft. recreation center, fitness center, outdoor resort and lap pool as well as pickleball. It is unique for a couple of reasons. One, it is at some elevation, over 3,100 ft. above sea level Two, several properties back to the Red Rock Conservation area.

Shopping is close by with groceries and restaurants just across the SR-215 on Lake Mead Blvd. Big box stores such as Costco and Best Buy are just two miles to the south, down the beltway. Red Rock Station Casino is in the same area.

I have been watching this property for many years. Pulte bought it, I think in 2006. The market then collapsed. They held on to it for over a decade before building. High up, backing to Red Rock, it has much to recommend it.
